Common use of Assignment by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Clause in Contracts

Assignment by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Atmail may assign, transfer, novate, dispose of, declare a trust over or otherwise create an interest in its rights (or any part thereof) under this agreement at any time and the Customer hereby consents to Atmail transferring, disclosing or otherwise dealing with the Customer and its End User’s Personal Information and User Content for the purpose of effecting the assignment, novation or other transfer of rights under this clause.
