Assignment; Governing Law. (a) Subject to Section 6, this Agreement may be assigned by the Hospital and any successor to its business and shall enure to the benefit of any such assignee. Neither this Agreement nor any rights of the Executive hereunder may be assigned by the Executive, nor may the Executive delegate to another his performance hereunder. (b) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.
