Common use of Assignment of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Agreement. This Agreement shall not be assigned except with the written consent of the COUNTY’s Procurement Services Director. No such consent shall be construed as making the COUNTY a party to the assignment or subjecting the COUNTY to liability of any kind to any assignee. No assignment shall under any circumstances relieve CONTRACTOR of liability and obligations under this Agreement and all transactions with the COUNTY must be through CONTRACTOR.
