Common use of Assignment of Claims Act Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Claims Act. Attached hereto as Schedule 10 is a true and correct list of all Government Contracts of each Grantor that as of the date hereof constitute Material Contracts, setting forth the contract number, name and address of contracting officer (or other party to whom a notice of assignment under the Assignment of Claims Act should be sent), contract start date and end date, agency with which the contract was entered into, and a description of the contract type.
