The Borrower shall duly execute and deliver to the Lender an Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits as to the Mortgaged Property which gives to the Lender the right to receive any income generated from the operation, lease, sublease or sale of the Mortgaged Property, in order to secure the Contingent Returns. 31
