Common use of Assignment of Leases Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Leases. Seller must assign to Buyer all Leases at Closing that will continue after Closing and Buyer 693 must assume Seller’s obligations under such Leases. Further, Seller must transfer to Buyer all Leased Items and assign to Buyer such 694 leases for the Leased Items accepted by Buyer pursuant to § 2.5.4. (Leased Items).
