Common use of Assignment or Transfer Clause in Contracts

Assignment or Transfer. All services provided under this Agreement are directly or indirectly controlled by KDDI-A and the Customer may not transfer or assign the use of service or facilities without the prior express written consent of the Company. Such transfer or assignment shall be permitted only where there is no interruption of the use or of change in location of the service or facilities. All terms and conditions contained in this Agreement shall apply to all such permitted assignees or transferees, as well as all conditions of service.
