Common use of Assignment, Subcontracting and Delegation Clause in Contracts

Assignment, Subcontracting and Delegation. The Agreement may not be assigned by the Contractor without the prior written approval of ▇▇▇▇▇. The services provided for in the Agreement may not be subcontracted or delegated in whole or in part to any other person or entity without the prior written approval of WHEDA. The Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of ▇▇▇▇▇ and the permitted successors and assigns (if any) of the Contractor. This Agreement may be assigned by ▇▇▇▇▇ to any successor-in-interest to ▇▇▇▇▇ without notice to, or the consent of, Contractor.
