Assignment; Succession. It is hereby agreed that Employee's rights and obligations under this Agreement are personal and not assignable. This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding between the parties to it and shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
