Common use of Assignment to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Assignment to Trustee. The Seller hereby acknowledges and consents to any mortgage, pledge, assignment and grant of a security interest by the Trust to the Trust Collateral Agent pursuant to the Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders of all right, title and interest of the Trust in, to and under the Receivables listed in Schedule A hereto and/or the assignment of any or all of the Trust’s rights and obligations hereunder to the Trust Collateral Agent.

Assignment to Trustee. The Seller hereby acknowledges and consents to any mortgage, pledge, assignment and grant of a security interest by the Trust Issuer to the Trust Collateral Agent Trustee pursuant to the Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders Securitization Bondholders of all right, title and interest of the Trust Issuer in, to and under the Receivables listed in Schedule A hereto and/or Transferred Securitization Property and the proceeds thereof and the assignment of any or all of the Trust’s Issuer's rights and obligations hereunder to the Trust Collateral AgentTrustee.

Assignment to Trustee. The Seller hereby acknowledges and consents to any mortgage, pledge, assignment and grant of a security interest by the Trust Issuer to the Trust Collateral Agent pursuant to the Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders of all right, title and interest of the Trust Issuer in, to and under the Receivables listed in Schedule A hereto and/or the assignment of any or all of the TrustIssuer’s rights and obligations hereunder to the Trust Collateral Agent.

Assignment to Trustee. The Seller hereby acknowledges and --------------------- consents to any mortgage, pledge, assignment and grant of a security interest by the Trust Issuer to the Trust Collateral Agent pursuant to the Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders and the Insurer of all right, title and interest of the Trust Issuer in, to and under the Receivables listed in Schedule A hereto and/or the assignment and delegation of any or all of the Trust’s Issuer's rights and obligations hereunder to the Trust Collateral AgentTrustee.

Assignment to Trustee. The Seller hereby acknowledges and consents to any mortgage, pledge, assignment and grant of a security interest by the Trust Issuer to the Trust Collateral Agent pursuant to the Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders and the Insurer of all right, title and interest of the Trust Issuer in, to and under the Receivables listed in Schedule A hereto and/or the assignment of any or all of the TrustIssuer’s rights and obligations hereunder to the Trust Collateral Agent.

Assignment to Trustee. The Seller hereby acknowledges and consents to any mortgage, pledge, assignment and grant of a security interest by the Trust to the Trust Collateral Agent pursuant to the Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders Holders of all right, title and interest of the Trust in, to and under the Receivables listed in Schedule A hereto and/or the assignment of any or all of the Trust’s rights and obligations hereunder to the Trust Collateral Agent.

Assignment to Trustee. The Seller hereby acknowledges and consents to any mortgage, pledge, assignment and grant of a security interest by the Trust Purchaser to the Trust Collateral Agent Trustee pursuant to the Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders Noteholder of all right, title and interest of the Trust Purchaser in, to and under the Receivables listed in Schedule A hereto and Other Conveyed Property and/or the assignment of any or all of the TrustPurchaser’s rights and obligations hereunder to the Trust Collateral AgentTrustee.

Assignment to Trustee.
