Assignment, Transfer and Sub-Contracting. 30.1 The Medical Practitioner shall not be entitled to sub-contract, assign or transfer the Agreement or any part thereof or the benefit or advantage of the Agreement or any part thereof. 30.2 The Agreement shall be binding upon successors and assigns of the HSE and the name of the HSE appearing in the Agreement shall be deemed to include the names of its successors and assigns.
