Association Coverage for Activities Clause Samples

The "Association Coverage for Activities" clause defines the scope of insurance or liability coverage provided to an association for activities conducted under its auspices. Typically, this clause ensures that events, programs, or functions organized, sponsored, or approved by the association are included within the policy’s protection. For example, it may cover sports tournaments, educational seminars, or community outreach events run by the association. The core function of this clause is to clarify and extend coverage to association-related activities, thereby protecting the association and its members from potential claims arising from these events.
