Association Literature. The Employer will make available to the Association a specific location on its premises for the storage and placement of a reasonable quantity of Association files and literature.
Association Literature. The Association may send literature through District email, utilize other District communication modalities including, but not limited to, Sharepoint, place literature in District mailboxes or on designated bulletin board spaces subject to the following conditions: 4.2.1 All postings or correspondence must contain the date of posting or distribution and the identification of the organization and a notation that the Association President or his/her designee authorizes the posting. An employee may not send postings or correspondence during that employee’s scheduled work hours. 4.2.2 A copy of such postings, correspondence, or distribution must be delivered to the Chancellor or designee at the same time as posting or distribution; and 4.2.3 The Association will not post or distribute information which is derogatory or defamatory of the District or its personnel. 4.2.4 The Association agrees not to place literature or correspondence in District mail boxes or on designated bulletin board spaces that urge the support or defeat of any ballot measure or candidate, including, but not limited to, any candidate for election to the governing board of the District in accordance with California Education Code section 7054.

Association Literature. The Company will provide space on Bulletin Boards at agreed locations throughout the premises for the convenience of the Association in posting information related to the Association and its activities. All such notices must be signed by the President or Secretary of the Association or their designee and submitted to the Director, Human Resources or the Director's authorized representative for expeditious approval before being posted. The approval will not be unreasonably withheld. In the event that the Company refuses to post an Association notice, the Company will advise the Association of the reasons for the refusal. If requested, the Company will discuss these reasons with the Association in an effort to reach agreement to post. If, after discussion, approval to post is still withheld, the Company will provide its reasons to the Association in writing. The Association will indicate post and remove dates on the notice which will not exceed a maximum of ten (10) working days without the agreement of the Director, Human Resources or authorized representative. The Association may distribute Association literature at the outside exits of the premises at quitting time. Provision is made for the installation of a distribution box, size and type to be approved by the Company, at the outside exits of the premises. The Association shall ensure that information is removed from these boxes at least every five (5) days. The Association shall have access to the Company electronic mail system to give notice of Association business. All such notices must be submitted by the President of the Association or designee to the Director, Human Resources or the Director’s authorized representative for approval before being posted on the electronic mail system.

  • Association Activities The parties agree employees shall have the right to form, join, and participate in the lawful activities of the Association for the purpose of representation in matters of employment relations. No employee shall be interfered with, restrained, coerced, or discriminated against because of the exercise of such rights.

  • Association Grievance A grievance, as defined in Section 7.1, relating to occurrences actually involving at least three (3) nurses or arising under the Association Business article, may be initiated by the Association at Step 2 of the above-mentioned procedure by the filing of a written grievance, signed by a representative of the Association, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of occurrence. Such grievance shall describe the problem and the contract provisions alleged to have been violated.

  • Associations Where Associations are shown as Special Terms in the Rights Table relating to Firm Rights, Network Rail’s Flexing Rights shall not be used to break such Associations.
