Common use of ASSUMPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS Clause in Contracts

ASSUMPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS. MBCO is under the assumption that NewQuest will be dedicating the east 900 feet of right-of-way by plat out of a 21.89 acre parcel referenced by FBCAD No. R484346; therefore MBCO will not be completing a Category 1A Condition II boundary survey for the above-referenced tract of land. • MBCO must be provided with the recorded plat for the 21.89 acre parcel dedicating the east 900 feet of the proposed ▇▇▇▇▇ Plantation ROW. • MBCO under this proposal will not be monumenting the east 900 feet of the proposed ▇▇▇▇▇ Plantation Dr. ▇▇▇ as this should be monumented by the platting surveyor. • MBCO will be given sub meter locations of the geotech boring locations and boreholes will be marked with lath and flagging in the field prior to surveying. • MBCO will be given right of entry and access to the areas needed to perform our services per this proposal in a timely manner. • MBCO will not be responsible for obtaining right of entry per this proposal.
