ATM Access Cards Sample Clauses

The 'ATM Access Cards' clause defines the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of cards that allow account holders to access automated teller machines (ATMs). It typically outlines who is eligible to receive an ATM card, the procedures for activating and using the card, and any limitations on transactions such as withdrawal limits or geographic restrictions. This clause serves to clarify the rights and responsibilities of both the card issuer and the cardholder, helping to prevent misuse and ensure secure, authorized access to funds.
ATM Access Cards. The types of transactions and dollar limitations are set by the financial institution that owns the actual automated teller machine (ATM) and/or the servicing network with which it is linked. You may access your account(s) through an ATM by using a card with ATM access capabilities and inputting your PIN to: 1) Make withdrawals from your savings or checking account(s) up to your available balance plus any available Overdraft Programs. 2) Make deposits into your savings or checking account(s) (at participating ATM locations). 3) Transfer funds between savings and checking account(s). 4) Obtain your actual and available balances on your savings or checking account(s).
ATM Access Cards. As of the close of business on the Closing Date, all ATM access cards issued by Seller to customers of the Branch Offices shall be void. In connection with the notices to depositors described in Section 5.9 of this Agreement, at least thirty (30) days prior to the Closing Date, Seller shall notify Branch Office customers in writing of such cancellation of the ATM access cards. At least 30 days prior to the Closing Date, Seller agrees to provide the necessary data tapes required to accommodate the processing of ATM cards. The ATM access card data will be provided by Seller in the format that is maintained by Seller. Purchaser may issue, but it may not activate, ATM access cards to depositors prior to the Closing Date. Except as otherwise permitted in this Agreement, Seller shall take such other actions as are necessary to limit the Branch Office customers' access to funds transferred to Purchaser after the Closing Date.
