Attendance Stipend. Employees who are not absent on any scheduled work day during their contract year except an absence that may come under federal non-discrimination guidelines, professional leave or release time, shall receive an additional stipend of $200. Those who are absent for two (2) days or less shall receive an additional stipend of $100.
