Common use of Audio Recording Clause in Contracts

Audio Recording. An audio record of any or all oral Instructions, and any other oral communications between the Parties, including Users, may be taken and maintained by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Client hereby expressly authorises and agrees to the taking and maintaining of such records. All audio recordings are Argentex’s sole property, subject to applicable law. Client agrees that such recordings may be relied upon by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the event of any dispute.
