Audio Teller Clause Samples

The Audio Teller clause establishes the use of an automated or live telephone system that allows users to access account information and perform certain banking transactions over the phone. Typically, this clause outlines the types of services available through the audio teller, such as checking balances, transferring funds, or making payments, and may specify security measures like PIN authentication. Its core practical function is to provide customers with convenient, remote access to their financial accounts, thereby enhancing service accessibility and reducing the need for in-person banking.
