Common use of Audit Access Clause in Contracts

Audit Access. 39.1 The Contractor shall co-operate fully and in a timely manner with any reasonable request from time to time of any auditor (whether internal or external) of the Council and at the expense of the Contractor to provide documents, or to procure the provision of documents, relating to the Services, and to provide, or to procure the provision of, any oral or written explanation relating to the same.

Audit Access. 39.1 The Contractor shall co-operate fully and in a timely manner with any reasonable request made from time to time of by any auditor (whether internal or external) of the Council and at the expense Authority (including any Official of the Contractor Best Value Inspectorate, or other Statutory Inspectorate) to provide documents, or to procure the provision of documents, documents relating to the ServicesProject, and to provide, or to procure the provision of, any oral or written information or explanation relating to the samesame where such a request of the Contractor is a lawful request with which the Contractor is obliged to comply.
