Common use of Audit Planning Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Audit Planning Deliverables. 1. Provider shall develop and deliver to the GLO one (1) summary memorandum of key planning results and the identified focus of fieldwork testing. Such summary memorandum will include, but not be limited to, the following: a. Applicable requirements and guidelines identified for the reviewed Program; b. Relevant automated systems and controls; c. Applicable processes, procedures, and controls to be considered; and d. A summary of the developed risk assessment of the audited function and the identified preliminary risk/issues.
