Project Deliverables Clause Samples
The Project Deliverables clause defines the specific outputs, products, or results that a party is required to provide as part of a project. It typically outlines the nature, quantity, and quality standards of the deliverables, as well as deadlines or milestones for their completion. For example, it may specify that a contractor must submit design documents, prototypes, or final reports by certain dates. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what is expected to be delivered, reducing the risk of disputes and helping to measure progress and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
