Performance Schedule. The Consultant agrees to proceed with services immediately upon receipt of written Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the Sponsor and to employ such personnel as required to complete the scope of services in accordance with the following time schedule:

Performance Schedule. The Project shall be performed by Vendor according to a schedule to be mutually agreed by the Parties (“Schedule”) which shall set forth the required delivery dates of each report, plan, or other deliverable as required by the Incorporated Documents.

Performance Schedule. Time is of the essence in Subcontractor’s performance of the Services under this Subcontract, and Subcontractor shall promptly commence performance of the Services on the effective date of this Subcontract unless otherwise instructed by WSP in writing, and complete them in accordance with the performance schedule established in the Subcontract.

The COUNTY reviews related to the above submittals shall not exceed twenty-one (21) days.

Performance Schedule. The Company and the City have jointly established the following dates for the performance of each party’s respective obligations under this Agreement (herein called the “Performance Schedule”): Start of Construction – on or before October 1, 2021. Completion of Construction – on or before September 30, 2022. The City and the Company have approved this Performance Schedule. By the execution hereof, and subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company hereby agrees to undertake and complete the construction and development of the Project in accordance with this Agreement and the Performance Schedule, and to comply with all of the Company’s obligations set forth herein.

Performance Schedule. The performance schedule displayed on Exhibit 2 shows the percentage of the target grant that will be awarded at the end of the Performance Period depending upon the actual TSR percentile ranking achieved by the Corporation during the Performance Period with regard to the selected peer group. The RSU award, along with all additional shares attributable to dividend equivalents shall vest on . The Performance Share Agreement and Restricted Stock Unit Agreement are incorporated by reference into this Addendum and the terms of the Performance Share and Restricted Stock Unit Agreements shall be controlling in the event of any discrepancy.
