Auditing Procedures. 10.1 Upon thirty (30) days written notice, each Party must provide the other Party the ability and opportunity to conduct an annual audit to ensure the proper billing of traffic between the parties. The audit shall be accomplished during normal business hours. Audit requests shall not be submitted more frequently than one (1) time per calendar year. 10.2 Each Party may request copies of the billing records thereof provided that the requested records do not exceed 12 months in age from the date the monthly ▇▇▇▇ containing said record information was issued.
