Common use of Auditor General Clause in Contracts

Auditor General. ‌ 28.1 Nothing in this Agreement derogates from the powers of the Auditor-General under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1987 (SA). 28.2 Without limiting the previous sub-clause, the Recipient acknowledges the Auditor-General’s obligations and powers under sections 32 and 34 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1987 (SA).
