Common use of Authorisation Clause in Contracts

Authorisation. You will need to give Your consent to each Transaction so that the Programme can check it is genuine by, where applicable, a) using Your Security Details personal to You; b) signing a sales voucher; c) providing the Account details and/or providing any other details personal to You and/or Your Account. Once You have given such consent to the Transaction, it will be deemed to be authorised.
