Licence. 3.1. Where the Customer is authorised by the Exchange to act as a Redistributor (via acceptance of the Customer’s appropriate Order), such Redistributor is hereby licenced for the duration of this Agreement only on a non-exclusive, non-assignable, revocable, worldwide basis to re-distribute the Data to End Customers. The Redistributor's licence includes only the right to use, store, process, reproduce, make available and re-distribute the Data as part of the Redistributor's services in accordance with the Terms of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Redistributor shall not do anything and has no rights in respect of the Data other than expressly granted in this Agreement. 3.2 The Redistributor undertakes, inter alia, to prohibit the re-distribution, re-sale or sublicensing of Data in its contract with End Customers, to advise the Exchanges immediately if it becomes aware of any breach of such prohibition by an End Customer and to promptly enforce the contract on request by the Exchange in the event the Exchange becomes aware of any re-distribution, re-sale or sublicensing of Data by an End Customer without the prior written consent of the relevant Exchange. 3.3 The Customer (whether authorised to act as a Redistributor or not) may provide the Data to its Subsidiaries, provided, for the avoidance of doubt, such Subsidiary is listed on the Order or has been notified in writing to the Exchange prior to the supply of any Data to it. However, for the avoidance of doubt, any supply of Data to an undertaking which is not a “Subsidiary” of the Customer as defined in section 1159 of the Companies ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ shall only be permitted where the Customer is authorised by the Exchange to act as a Redistributor, and such supply of Data shall be deemed to be a redistribution for the purposes of this Agreement. 3.4 Where a Customer is not authorised as a Redistributor, it shall be deemed to be an End Customer and it is strictly prohibited from re-distributing, re-selling or sub-licencing the Data to third parties other than to its Subsidiaries, except with the relevant Exchange’s prior written consent. The End Customer undertakes, inter alia, to only use the Data at the Premises in the ordinary course of its business and not to re-distribute, re-sell or sub-licence the Data to third parties other than its Subsidiaries, except with the relevant Exchange’s prior written consent.

Licence. 3.1 Subject to the terms of this Licence (including without limitation Clause 3.4) the Licensor grants to the User for the Download Term a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to allow the User to download an unlimited number of Licensed Content in the Territory (the "Download Licence") to be used solely in accordance with the Use Licence. 3.2 Subject to the terms of this Licence the Licensor grants to the User for the Use Term a non-exclusive, non- transferable licence to allow the User to use the Licensed Content downloaded in accordance with the Download Licence in the Territory solely for the Permitted Purpose (the "Use Licence"). 3.3 The User shall not use or exploit the Licensed Content or any part thereof save in accordance with this Licence. All rights in relation to the Licensed Content not expressly granted to the User under this Licence are reserved to the Licensor. 3.4 The User shall not download an amount of Licensed Content pursuant to Clause 3.1 which, in the Licensor's sole opinion, constitutes an unreasonable amount. 3.5 The User shall not: 3.5.1 sell, resell, license, distribute, transmit or commercially exploit or make the Licensed Content or any part thereof available in any manner or on any media to any third party; 3.5.2 reproduce or amend the Licensed Content or any part thereof in any manner; 3.5.3 use the Licensed Content or any part thereof for any purpose other than for the Permitted Purpose; 3.5.4 use the Licensed Content or any part thereof outwith the Territory; or 3.5.5 use the Licensed Content or any part thereof outwith the Use Term unless the User has been granted explicit prior written consent to do so by the Licensor. If the User applies to the Licensor for such consent, the parties shall discuss the terms on which the Licensor may make available all or any part of the Licensed Content and/or allow such use, including the scope of the licence and the level of fee payable to the Licensor. The Licensor shall not be obliged to agree (whether in whole or in part) to any such consent and the Licensor's decision in this regard shall be final.

Licence. A full (non-probationary) resident country driver’s licence must be presented at the time of rental for each nominated driver. If the licence is not in English format, an international driver’s licence is also required.

Licence. The Author grants the Client non-exclusive and unlimited licence to use the Work and to use any outcome created by the Author within evaluation process of submitted applications on the grounds of the Open Call, as well as the material created and provided by the Author within his/her evaluation activity according to the Contract in order for further procession by the Client, so for the needs of complex process of evaluation of submitted applications leading to the decision on funding or non-funding to solve projects.

Licence. A current and full (non-probationary) motor vehicle driver’s licence is required and must be produced upon vehicle collection. Should a foreign licence be in a language other than English, it must be accompanied by an accredited English translation. The translation must be provided by a NZ Transport Agency, authorised translation service or a diplomatic representative at a high commission, embassy or consulate, or the authority that issued your overseas licence (an International Driving Permit may be acceptable as a translation if in English).

Licence. 4.1 bookinglab is a Value Added Reseller of the JRNI Proprietary Software 4.2 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, bookinglab hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sub licensable, revocable (in accordance with Clause 12), worldwide right to: (a) access and use the Booking Service solely for your own internal business purposes during the Term under the Subscriptions set out in an Order Form; and (b) use: (i) any JRNI or bookinglab Technology that bookinglab provides to you from time to time; and

Licence. You grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, right and licence for the duration of your original and derivative intellectual property rights to use, any and all of Your Materials for the Services or other Amazon product or service, and to sublicense the foregoing rights to our affiliates and operators of Amazon Associated Properties; provided, however, that we will not alter any of Your Trademarks from the form provided by you (except to re-size trademarks to the extent necessary for presentation, so long as the relative proportions of such trademarks remain the same) and will comply with your removal requests as to specific uses of Your Materials (provided you are unable to do so using standard functionality made available to you via the applicable Amazon Site or Service); provided further, however, that nothing in this Agreement will prevent or impair our right to use Your Materials without your consent to the extent that such use is allowable without a licence from you or your affiliates under applicable law (e.g., fair use under copyright law, referential use under trademark law, or valid licence from a third party).

Licence. The Licensor grants to the End User a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence (revocable pursuant to the terms of this End User Licence) to use Supplied Data for the End User Purpose for the Term. This Licence is limited specifically to the rights granted in Clause 2.1 and subject to the obligations set out in the remainder of this Licence, in particular the End User's obligations set out in Clause 3. This Licence allows the End User personally (not any affiliated body or group) to use Supplied Data only to the extent required for the End User Purpose, but does not allow the End User to use Supplied Data for any Competing Activity.
