Each Obligor shall, and shall procure that each other Transaction Obligor will, promptly: (a) obtain, comply with and do all that is necessary to maintain in full force and effect; and (b) supply certified copies to the Facility Agent of any Authorisation required under any law or regulation of a Relevant Jurisdiction or the state of the Approved Flag at any time of each Ship to enable it to: (i) perform its obligations under the Transaction Documents to which it is a party; (ii) ensure the legality, validity, enforceability or admissibility in evidence in any Relevant Jurisdiction or in the state of the Approved Flag at any time of each Ship of any Transaction Document to which it is a party; and (iii) own and operate each Ship (in the case of the Borrowers).
