Common use of Authority guidelines Clause in Contracts

Authority guidelines. Notwithstanding clauses 3.6(b), 13.3, S6.14, or any other relevant provision in this agreement, the parties will work together in good faith to ensure that if the Retailer identifies a Consumer as being either a medically dependent or a vulnerable consumer for the purposes of the Electricity Authority guidelines on arrangements to assist vulnerable and medically dependent consumers, then in respect of any proposed Temporary Disconnection in any of the circumstances in clause S6.14, the notice requirements of those guidelines will be complied with to the fullest extent practicable in the circumstances.
