Common use of AUTHORITY TO TRANSACT BUSINESS Clause in Contracts

AUTHORITY TO TRANSACT BUSINESS. ANSI shall pursuant to Code of Virginia § 2.2-4311.2, be and remain authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia during the Term and any term(s) of this Agreement. A contract entered into by ANSI in violation of this requirement is voidable, without any cost or expense, at the sole option of the County.
