Common use of Authorization and Appointment Clause in Contracts

Authorization and Appointment. That Sub-Producer is ▇▇▇▇▇▇ appointed and authorized by the Company to act as the Company's representative in soliciting and selling the Company's insurance products through , (hereinafter referred to as "Producer").
