Incorporation by Reference Clause Samples

Incorporation by Reference. The provisions of the Distribution Agreement and the related definitions (unless otherwise specified herein) are incorporated by reference herein and shall be deemed to have the same force and effect as if set forth in full herein.

Incorporation by Reference. All terms, provisions and agreements set forth in the Standard License Agreement Terms (except to the extent expressly modified herein) are hereby incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein. To the extent that the terms set forth in Article 2 of this License Agreement are inconsistent with the terms of the Standard License Agreement Terms, the terms set forth in Article 2 herein shall apply.

To the extent that the terms set forth in Article 2 of this Indenture are inconsistent with the terms of the Standard Indenture Terms, the terms set forth in Article 2 herein shall apply.

Incorporation by Reference. Every exhibit, schedule, and other appendix attached to this Agreement and referred to herein is hereby incorporated in this Agreement by reference.

Incorporation by Reference. This Agreement and its addendums, schedules, exhibits, and other documents incorporated by reference express the entire understanding of the parties and supersede any other agreement between them relating to the Services.

Incorporation by Reference. The following documents are incorporated into this Contract and are on file with HHSC:

Incorporation by Reference. All exhibits and addenda attached hereto are hereby incorporated into this Lease and made a part hereof. If there is any conflict between such exhibits or addenda and the terms of this Lease, such exhibits or addenda shall control.

Incorporation by Reference. 3.8.1 All of the rates, terms and conditions (“Provisions”) set forth in this Agreement (including any and all Attachments, and/or Schedules hereto) and every Interconnection Service provided hereunder, are subject to all other Provisions contained in this Agreement and all such Provisions are integrally related.

Incorporation by Reference. The following are made a part hereof as if the same were fully set forth herein, and if any discrepancies arise between the documents, they will prevail in the following order: (1) this Contract, (2) Request for Proposals # 21-051221 including any addenda and (3) Contractor’s proposal dated May 27, 2021. This procurement is governed by the Virginia Public Procurement Act and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Purchasing Policies and Procedures. All terms and conditions of the Act and the Policies and Procedures are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference herein.
