Authorization to Obtain Information. The Owner may, and the CM@Risk hereby authorizes the Owner to, request and receive directly from insurance companies utilized by the CM@Risk in meeting the insurance requirements, any and all information reasonably considered necessary in the sole discretion of the Owner.
