Common use of Authorization to Sign Clause in Contracts

Authorization to Sign. The person or persons signing this Agreement on behalf of the represent that they have authority to so act.

Authorization to Sign. The person or persons signing executing this Agreement on behalf of the represent that they have been duly authorized to do so and that they have the authority to so acttake appropriate action required or permitted to be taken pursuant to the Agreement in order to effectuate its terms. Each person represents and warrants that they have not assigned any claims that they may have against the other.
