Authorized Action. All actions which the Association is allowed or required to take under this instrument and all approvals or disapprovals which the Association is authorized to make shall be authorized actions of the Association only if approved by the majority of Members of the Board of Directors of the Association present at a duly held meeting of such Board of Directors, unless the terms of this Declaration provide otherwise.
