Authorized Grades Sample Clauses

The 'Authorized Grades' clause defines which grades or quality levels of goods or materials are permitted under a contract. Typically, it specifies acceptable standards, classifications, or specifications that products must meet before being delivered or used, such as only allowing materials that meet a certain industry grade or certification. This clause ensures that all parties are clear on the quality expectations, reducing disputes over substandard goods and helping maintain consistent product quality throughout the contract.
