Common use of Authorized Subconsultants Clause in Contracts

Authorized Subconsultants. a. CONSULTANT may perform the services required under this Agreement through a subconsultant that is not on the CSP roster. b. The scope of work upon which the Consulting Services Authorization is issued must include the following information with respect to any subconsultant who will perform services on the Project: (1) The name of subconsultant’s firm; (2) The names and qualifications of subconsultant’s Project Team who will be providing services; (3) The responsibilities/tasks of the sub-consultant; and (4) The subconsultant’s total compensation (fees and reimbursable expenses), which shall also be stated as a percentage of CONSULTANT’s total compensation.
