Authorized Use of Licensed Materials Clause Samples
The "Authorized Use of Licensed Materials" clause defines the specific ways in which a licensee is permitted to use the materials provided under a license agreement. It typically outlines the scope of permitted activities, such as copying, distributing, or modifying the materials, and may restrict use to certain purposes, users, or locations. For example, it might allow use only for internal business operations or prohibit commercial redistribution. This clause serves to clearly delineate the boundaries of lawful use, helping to prevent misuse or unauthorized exploitation of the licensed materials.
