Authorized User accounts Sample Clauses
The 'Authorized User accounts' clause defines who is permitted to access and use a service or system under the agreement. It typically specifies that only individuals explicitly designated by the customer or licensee may be granted user accounts, and may outline requirements for managing these accounts, such as maintaining confidentiality of login credentials or restricting account sharing. This clause ensures that access is controlled and limited to approved users, thereby protecting the provider’s resources and reducing the risk of unauthorized use or data breaches.
