Common use of Authorized Variation Clause in Contracts

Authorized Variation. The volume effectively produced in each Field, each month, cannot vary more than 15% (fifteen percent) in relation to the Production level expected for that month in the Production Program in progress, except when this variation is for technical reasons, acts of God or force majeure, according the justification presented to the ANP until the fifteenth day of the following month
