Common use of Automatic Billing Clause in Contracts

Automatic Billing. If I have elected to be billed by credit card, debit card or ACH transfer, I agree that I will automatically be billed each month for any amounts due under this Agreement. I understand that I am not bound to make pay bills electronically and may elect at any time to make payments by check. If I make payment by check, I authorize Sebastian and its agents to collect such amounts electronically.
