Automatic Payments. You can agree with a seller who accepts PayPal to use PayPal as the payment method for future purchases with that seller. This agreement is between you and the seller and allows you to pay the seller on a one-time, regular or sporadic basis. Depending on the seller you wish to pay, you might also be able to directly instruct PayPal to make future payments to the seller on your behalf on a one-time, regular or sporadic basis. Examples of automatic payments that can be arranged by you either with a seller or with PayPal include those that PayPal calls a “billing agreement,” "subscription," "recurring payment,” “reference transaction,” "preauthorised transfer" or "preapproved payment." You authorise and instruct PayPal to pay the third party (or another person they direct) amounts from your payment method for the amounts you agree to owe and as presented to PayPal by that third party. You may cancel an automatic payment up to 3 business days before the date of the next scheduled payment from your account settings or by contacting us. Once you contact PayPal to cancel an automatic payment, all future automatic payments under your agreement with that seller will be stopped. If you cancel an automatic payment, you may still owe the seller money for the purchase or have additional obligations to the seller for any goods or services that you receive but have not paid for. If you have authorised an automatic payment and PayPal performs currency conversion for an automatic payment transaction, PayPal will use the transaction exchange rate (including PayPal's currency conversion fee) in effect at the time the automatic payment transaction is processed.
Automatic Payments. (i) If you select Option 1, please execute and send this Agreement with full payment of the License Fee; or
(ii) If you select Options 2, 3, or 4, please execute and send this Agreement and the Automatic Payment Authorization (“APA”) which has also been provided. By submitting an APA, you understand that you are authorizing the Kings to charge your Card and/or Account (as those terms are defined in the APA), to pay the License Fee and any other amounts owing under this Agreement in accordance with the payment plan option you selected.

We may terminate our permission to make automatic payments at any time. If we allow automatic payments, no automatic payment will occur unless the savings or checking account has sufficient collected funds in it on the Business Day before the payment due date to cover the full amount of the minimum payment due (or any larger monthly payment you and we may agree to from time to time). If an automatic payment does not occur for any reason, you still must pay the minimum payment and a Late Payment or Returned Payment Fee may apply.

To stop the payment, your telephone call must reach us three Business Days before the automatic payment is scheduled to occur.
Automatic Payments. You may use Online Payments to authorize electronic payments to be made on regularly recurring future dates on an automatic basis ("Automatic Payments"). These payments will appear on your credit card statement as "RECURRING AUTOMATIC PAYMENT". We may impose restrictions on Automatic Payments, including but not limited to, limitation of: Timing of Debits from Payment Account. Funds may be withdrawn from your Payment Account as soon as the scheduled payment date(s) specified in your instructions. For One Time Payments, that is the date submitted. For Preauthorized Payments, that is the date specified. For Automatic Payments, that is as soon as the date specified in your payment authorization or the minimum payment due date specified on your periodic statement. Your Payment Account may not be debited for up to 3 business days after the scheduled payment date(s) depending on your Payment Account provider's processing times. NOTE: For Automatic Payments, your periodic statement serves as your notice of the amount to be debited, which will be your Minimum Payment Due or New Balance as shown on your statement. Canceling One Time, Preauthorized and Automatic Payments. One Time, Preauthorized and Automatic Payment instructions remain in effect unless you cancel the authorization. If you wish to cancel a One Time Payment, you may be cancel it up until 5:00 pm Eastern Time on the day on which it is scheduled for payment by accessing the Online Payments Service or calling the phone number on the back of your credit card. If you wish to cancel a Preauthorized or Automatic Payment, you can cancel your transaction by notifying us at least 3 business days before the scheduled date of the payment. You may notify the Bank by timely cancelling the payment through the Online Payments service, by calling the phone number on the back of your credit card, or by writing to ▇.▇. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. If you call, the Bank may also require you to present your request in writing within fourteen (14) days after you call. ACCOUNT ALERTS AND PROMOTIONAL TEXTS Requirements to Receive Mobile Alerts. The Bank provides a Service through which we send you notifications regarding your Account or the Service, including but not limited to, email, text, or telephone ("Alerts Service"). To utilize this Alerts Service your Account must be in good standing and you must have a mobile or cellular phone number with a supported mobile carrier and a device that supports text messaging.
Automatic Payments. Borrower hereby authorizes Lender automatically to deduct from Borrower’s account numbered 3279435327 the amount of any loan payment. If the funds in the account are insufficient to cover any payment, Lender shall not be obligated to advance funds to cover the payment. At any time and for any reason, Borrower or Lender may voluntarily terminate Automatic Payments.
Automatic Payments. You authorize Lender to deduct your minimum monthly payment from the Checking Account in the Application if not paid by the due date. You will keep enough funds in the Checking Account to cover the payment. This way, You will avoid any late charges.
