Common use of Automatic Debit Clause in Contracts

Automatic Debit. To ensure timely payment of all interest and other sums due hereunder, the Borrower hereby authorizes and instructs the Lender to either (i) debit, on the due date thereof, the Borrower's demand deposit account no. 003933343983 maintained at the Lender for the amount then due, or (ii) at the Lender's option, cause an Advance to be made sufficient to pay the amount then due.
