Common use of Automatic Re-Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Automatic Re-Enrollment. 3.2.2.8.1 Members who are Disenrolled from DSHP or DSHP Plus solely due to loss of Medicaid eligibility and are re-Enrolled within two months are automatically re-Enrolled with the same MCO with which they had previously been Enrolled. If a member has been Disenrolled for a period of time in excess of two months, he/she will be considered a new member and the standard Enrollment process will apply (see Section 3.2.2 of this Contract). 3.2.2.8.2 Re-Enrollment of DHCP members will be contingent on the payment of a monthly premium, unless waived by DMMA.
