Common use of Automobile Allowances Clause in Contracts

Automobile Allowances. The Employer’s present rules and regulations, memoranda of agreement, policy and/or resolution of reimbursing employees for use of their private vehicles when required and authorized to use such vehicles in carrying out their official duties, including the current provision for reimbursement at a rate prescribed by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service for each mile traveled for business purposes, shall be continued for the duration of this Agreement.
