Common use of Automobile Vandalism Clause in Contracts

Automobile Vandalism. The School Committee will, upon receipt of a documented claim and evidence of an insurance company payment and evidence of repair, contribute a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500) to offset the deductible costs incurred by the employee. The documentation must establish the vandalism act occurred while the employee was on-the job and executing the assigned duties of his /her job.
