Common use of Auxiliary Power Clause in Contracts

Auxiliary Power. Interconnection Customer will arrange for auxiliary power as allowed by the applicable state agency, for periods when the Generating Facility is not generating. Provisions for station power to the Generating Facility will be provided by the appropriate distribution Member of Sunflower at the Point of Interconnection under the applicable rate/tariff schedule. All other service for station service to the Interconnection Customer’s facilities shall be provided by the local retail service provider.
