Availability and Support. 1. Availability. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability of the Service 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, subject to planned maintenance, Force Majeure Events and other terms of this Agreement. We will use reasonable efforts to schedule planned maintenance affecting the availability of the Service at non-peak times. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as reasonably practical of any unplanned downtime of the Service and resolve the issue as soon as practical.
