Common use of Availability Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Availability Guarantee. Aside from Scheduled Maintenance, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ guarantees that the Website will be available at least 99.5% of the time, measured on a twelve (12) month basis beginning on the Effective Date of this Agreement, and at least 98.5% of the time measured on a calendar month basis (collectively, the “Availability Guarantee”).
