Availability of Cards. If the facility or work location supplies revocation cards, it shall also make available Union deduction cards. Such cards shall be supplied by the Union and shall be made available only upon request of the employee.

Such Dues authorization cards shall be supplied by to the Employer by the Union and shall be made available only upon request of the employee. Completed cards shall be forwarded to the Union within three (3) working days.
