Common use of Availability of Definitive Notes Clause in Contracts

Availability of Definitive Notes. If the Issuer is required to deliver Definitive Notes pursuant to the terms of the relevant Global Note, the Issuer shall promptly arrange for a stock of Definitive Notes (unauthenticated and with the names of the registered Noteholders left blank but executed on behalf of the Issuer and otherwise complete) to be made available to the Registrar. The Issuer shall also arrange for such Global Notes and Definitive Notes as are required to enable the Registrar and the Replacement Agent to perform their respective obligations under Clauses 4, 5 and 6 to be made available to or to the order of the Registrar and the Replacement Agent from time to time.
